Our goal is to bring together people looking for a property and those offering one (private owners, agents, brokers and agencies), presenting the information in a clear, accessible way so that searching is simpler.
We want finding or listing a property in Mexico to be a more transparent, orderly process. That is why we offer search tools, filters by property type and area, and helpful content (such as our blog, in Spanish) that helps buyers, renters and sellers make better-informed decisions.

We are not a real estate agency, we do not provide legal or financial advice, we do not handle transactions and we do not act as an intermediary in negotiations. All conversations, viewings, agreements and paperwork take place directly between the parties involved or, where applicable, with the real estate professionals who post their listings on the site.
