How much does it cost to post a listing?
A basic listing is free for owners and agents. You just need to create an account and follow the steps in the listing wizard (in Spanish).
What information do I need to list my property?
Location, property type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, sale price or rent, good photos and a clear description. You'll find the full checklist on Sell your property.
How do I set a realistic price?
Look at similar properties in your area and use our guide What is my home worth? (in Spanish) before setting your price.
Searching for properties
Find out how to use our advanced filters to find the perfect property.
How do I use the search filters?
In Search properties you can filter by location, property type, transaction (sale or rent), price and features such as bedrooms or bathrooms.
Can I search for properties on a map?
Yes. On the property map you can see listings by area and open each one from there.
Can I save properties to look at later?
Yes. Mark the listings you like and find them in Saved. You can also check your saved searches.
Contacting agents

How do I contact the person who posted a listing?
From each property page you can send a WhatsApp message, call, or send your details through the contact form. Your message goes straight to the advertiser.
How do I find an agency or an agent in my area?
Use the agency directory and filter by agents or developers.
Does Inmobiliaria32 take part in the negotiation?
No. We are a listings platform: viewings, agreements and paperwork are handled directly between the parties. Learn more on About us.

How do I avoid real estate fraud?
